nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Cyber Open Source Intelligence Analyst and Cyber Operations Subject Matter Expert to convert public information into timely, defendable insights for customer cyber missions.

You will research threats, assess infrastructure, and produce concise, actionable intelligence for technical and mission stakeholders. The role blends OSINT tradecraft with practical cyber operations understanding, requiring independent work, strong communication, and ability to frame questions for

Qualifications

• Experience conducting cyber-focused OSINT or cyber threat intelligence analysis and translating findings into operationally useful assessments.
• Knowledge of cyber operations, network/endpoint concepts, adversary tactics and techniques, vulnerabilities, and incident response workflows.
• Ability to evaluate source credibility, corroborate findings, document analytic confidence, and communicate uncertainty clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop collection plans and research questions tied to customer priorities and cyber threats.
• Collect and analyze information from lawful public sources (reports, disclosures, malware, infrastructure).
• Corroborate findings across sources; document provenance, confidence, gaps, and alternative explanations.
• Produce threat profiles and briefings tailored to technical/non-technical audiences.
• Relate OSINT findings to cyber defense and authorized operational planning; support threat hunting and incident response.
• Mentor colleagues and improve research processes and knowledge management.
