QinetiQ US is seeking an OSINT Analyst to leverage publicly available information and provide all-source analytic products in support of defense intelligence. The role requires current TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph, deep knowledge of OSINT methodologies, and the ability to develop concise, actionable assessments.

You will work independently and with IC partners to deliver rigorous analyses and timely insights.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.
• In-depth knowledge of OSINT analyst activities to meet mission requirements.
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursuit of developments that affect tradecraft.
• Ability to define comprehensive or new research approaches for rigorous assessments.
• Ability to analyze and articulate findings across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to communicate understanding from complex information.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate with IC members on information sharing and dispute resolution.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful defense intelligence products.

Responsabilités

• Conducts all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and government open source materials within security protocols.
• Analyzes publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and insights for defense intelligence requirements.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
