nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Cyber Open Source Intelligence Analyst and Cyber Operations Subject Matter Expert to turn publicly available information into timely, defensible insight for customer cyber missions.

The analyst will research threats and infrastructure, explain operational implications, and help teams plan, assess, and improve authorized cyber activities. This role blends disciplined OSINT with practical cyber operations, working with technical and mission stakeholders to frame

Qualifications

• Experience conducting cyber-focused OSINT or threat intelligence analysis.
• Knowledge of cyber operations, networks, endpoints, adversary TTPs, vulnerabilities, and incident response workflows.
• Ability to evaluate source credibility and convey analytic confidence clearly.
• Experience researching internet infrastructure using OSINT methods and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across teams.
• Degree or equivalent in intelligence, cybersecurity, CS, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop collection plans aligned to customer priorities, threats, and mission systems.
• Collect and analyze information from lawful public sources and online repositories.
• Corroborate findings; document provenance, confidence, gaps, and alternative explanations.
• Produce threat profiles, infrastructure assessments, indicators, and executive summaries.
• Relate OSINT findings to cyber defense and authorized operational planning.
• Advise on cyber concepts, workflows, tools, and effectiveness measures.
• Partner with intelligence, security engineering, network operations, and program teams.
• Maintain records and methods in compliance with laws and policies.
• Improve repeatable research processes and mentor colleagues.
