Job summary

LIS Solutions is seeking a Mid-Level Language-Enabled OSINT Collector for on-site work on Space Coast, FL. You will conduct OSINT collection using MAS and OSINT tools to identify patterns and define intelligence requirements, while drafting OSIRs and supporting analytic production.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI poly administered by the customer prior to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university
• Intelligence Community experience required
• 8+ years of OSINT collection, research, and analysis experience, with recent activity in last 2 years
• Must be language-enabled in Chinese or Spanish
• Must pass and maintain ILR/DLTP language certification within 12 months
• English comprehension: Read/listen at ILR 3+ level, write at ILR 3+ level
• Contract staff must pass English competency test (e.g., TOEFL)

• Creates collection plans, drafts Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), and supports OSINT analytic production requirements
• Contributes to OSIR quality reviews and language-based insights and expertise
• Ensures all reporting meets Defense Intelligence requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to pass a CI poly administered by the customer prior to start.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
• Intelligence Community Experience required
• Must have 8+ years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, and analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Must be language-enabled (Chinese OR Spanish)
• Must be able to pass (within 12 months) and maintain an ILR or DLTP language certification test
• English comprehension – must Read and Listen at a 3+ level, and Write at a 3 or higher (on the ILR scale)
• Contract staff (non-native) must pass an English competency test (e.g., Educational Testing Services Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL))

Preferred Qualifications

• Any Open Source or OSINT certification from commercial or Government offerings desired
