Job summary

Global Dimensions, LLC is seeking a Language-Enabled OSINT Collector in Reston, VA to support government customers with foreign-language OSINT collection and reporting. You will develop collection plans, draft OSIRs, and provide language-based insights to satisfy mission requirements.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, polygraph eligibility, eight years of OSINT experience, and fluency in at least one target language.

Responsibilities

Global is a leading provider of innovative technology and mission-focused solutions supporting government customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Language-Enabled OSINT Collector to join our dynamic team in Reston, VA and support our government customer’s mission-critical Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection efforts.

Language-Enabled OSINT Collector will play a key role in conducting OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools to research and analyze foreign-language sources, identify relevant patterns and information, and support intelligence requirements. The successful candidate will develop collection plans, draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs), contribute to OSINT analytic production requirements, and provide language-based insights and expertise to support mission objectives.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct OSINT collection using MAS and other OSINT tools to research foreign-language sources, identify relevant patterns, and support intelligence requirements.
• Develop collection plans based on established intelligence requirements and mission objectives.
• Research, analyze, and evaluate information from foreign-language open sources.
• Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence reporting products.
• Support OSINT analytic production requirements through targeted research, collection, and reporting.
• Contribute to OSIR quality reviews by providing language-based insights, expertise, and relevant contextual information.
• Apply foreign-language expertise to identify, interpret, and contextualize information relevant to intelligence requirements.
• Ensure all collection and reporting activities meet applicable Defense Intelligence requirements, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with analysts, collectors, and other mission personnel to support intelligence collection and production objectives.

Required Skills

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance and must be able to obtain a polygraph.
• Polygraph must have been completed within the last 10% of the required experience period.
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience is required.
• Eight (8) years of experience conducting OSINT collection, research, analysis, and reporting, with at least a portion of the experience obtained within the last two (2) years.
• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Must be language-enabled in one or more required languages, such as Chinese, Russian, Spanish, or Arabic, or another language as required by the customer.
• Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain an ILR or DLPT language certification within 12 months, as required by the position.
• Ability to meet applicable language proficiency requirements, normally 2/2/1 for mid-level positions and 3/3/2 for senior-level positions, as measured by applicable ILR/DLPT standards.
• English comprehension: Must demonstrate a minimum ILR Level 3+ proficiency in reading and listening and ILR Level 3 or higher in writing.
• Contract personnel who are non-native English speakers must successfully pass an English competency assessment, such as the Educational Testing Service (ETS) Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), as required.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a mission-focused, collaborative environment.

Desired Skills

• Open Source or OSINT certification from a recognized commercial or government training program is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting OSINT collection or analysis within the Intelligence Community.
• Experience conducting research and analysis of foreign-language open sources.
• Familiarity with Defense Intelligence reporting requirements and standards.
• Experience using MAS or other specialized OSINT collection and research tools.
