Job summary

You will conduct OSINT using MAS and other tools, develop collection plans, analyze information, and ensure compliance with defense standards in a mission-focused, collaborative environment.

Develop collection plans based on established intelligence requirements and mission objectives. Research, analyze, and evaluate information from foreign-language open sources. Draft Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and other intelligence reporting products. Support OSINT analytic production requirements through targeted research, collection, and reporting. Contribute to OSINT quality reviews by providing language-based insights, expertise, and relevant contextual information. Apply foreign-language expertise to identify, interpret, and contextualize information relevant to intelligence requirements.

Critical Information

Remote, hybrid, or on-site (Reston, VA) depending on operational needs.

Ensure all collection and reporting activities meet defense intelligence standards and procedures. Follow applicable compliance/submission protocols. Work in a mission-focused and collaborative environment.

Education / Licenses Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited institution.
• ILR or DLPT language certification in required languages (e.g., Chinese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) within 12 months.
• Required active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a polygraph.
• Ability to meet ILR language proficiency levels of 2/2/1 (mid-level) or 3/3/2 (senior-level) as per position requirements.
