The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Coordinator in Malvern to lead after-school and vacation care programs at St Joseph's and St Mary's Primary Schools. This casual role focuses on program planning, safety, and community engagement to deliver high-quality OSHC services.

You will work with a Programs Engagement Manager and care for children through engaging activities while maintaining compliance and a positive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate has (or is studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and related fields.
• A valid Working With Children Check is required, with First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain) preferred.
• Warm, engaging personality with a can-do attitude.

Job Details & Role

About your service: St Joseph's Primary School, Malvern and St Mary's Primary School, Malvern.

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Days Required: Monday to Friday. Five days per week required.
• Before School Care: 6:30 am to 8:30 am.
• After School Care: 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Vacation Care: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
