Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare invites an experienced leader to take the helm of our OSHC service in Woodridge. You will guide a small team, shape daily practice and foster a warm, inclusive environment for children, families and school staff.

As Nominated Supervisor, you will oversee compliance, plan engaging experiences and build a culture of care and continuous improvement. This is a permanent part-time role (20–25 hours/week term time) with additional shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent per ACECQA guidelines
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Ability and willingness to act as Nominated Supervisor
• Strong understanding of childcare legislation and National Quality Framework
• Willingness to complete National Child Training via Geckko
• Experience leading a childcare or OSHC service
• Experience using childcare management software e.g., Xplor

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the After School Care program.
• Mentor and support your team of educators to create a positive, collaborative workplace.
• Plan and oversee engaging, child-centred experiences supporting wellbeing and belonging.
• Build genuine relationships with children, families, school staff and parish community.
• Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
• Ensure service operations comply with legislation, policies and quality standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and identify opportunities to strengthen service quality.
• Shape the culture and ongoing success of the growing service.
