Job summary

Big Childcare is seeking enthusiastic Casual OSHC Educators to join the Dorset Primary School team. You will support children before and after school, and during vacation care programs, delivering engaging activities in a safe environment.

Responsibilities include supervising children, leading games and arts, helping plan programs, and ensuring food service areas are prepared and cleaned. Applicants should have OSHC/childcare experience and valid checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC or childcare is preferred.
• Valid Working With Children Check (VIC) is required.
• National Police Check within 6 months or willingness to obtain.

About You

You are energetic, caring and passionate about working with children. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing quality care.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Working With Children Check (VIC)
• Experience in OSHC or childcare (highly regarded)
• Currently studying towards or holding an ACECQA approved qualification
• Availability for morning and afternoon split shifts
• National Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain
• Full Australian working rights
• Reliable transport to travel between Northern suburb services if required
