Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and one (1) year of relevant program experience; or an approved acceptable equivalence.
  • A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.
  • The physical demands for the essential functions include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, climbing, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and grasping; must lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, identify and manage district-wide OSHA training needs for District One.
  • Maintain LMS training records, create sessions, run reports and enter transcripts.
  • Coordinate training for equipment operators with State Contract vendors and enter external training into LMS.
  • Ensure CDL-related training is completed and CDL licenses are kept valid.
  • Enter data into the Risk Management Information System and assist with reports.
  • Inspect facilities for compliance with OSHA, EPA, DES, DOT, NEC and ADA regulations.
