Safety Worxs is recruiting an experienced Training Coordinator to support facilities in Hempstead and Hockley, TX. The role delivers and documents safety training for all shifts, requiring strong OSHA knowledge and bilingual communication on the production floor.

The ideal candidate will coordinate instructor-led training, maintain records, and collaborate with the Safety Manager to enhance training content and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• OSHA 500 certification required or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating and conducting safety training in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety requirements.
• Experience delivering instructor-led safety training including forklift and crane.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate training records and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver safety training for both Hempstead and Hockley facilities across day and night shifts.
• Conduct equipment safety training, including forklift, crane, and other industrial equipment.
• Deliver new-hire safety orientations and ongoing refresher training.
• Ensure training programs meet OSHA regulations and company safety requirements.
• Maintain training records, track certifications, renewals, and compliance.
• Identify training needs and work with Safety Manager to improve materials.
• Schedule with supervisors to minimize disruption to operations.
• Support a safety culture with clear communication and visible floor presence.
• Travel regularly between Hempstead and Hockley facilities.

Safety Worxs is recruiting on behalf of a valued client seeking an experienced, hands‑on Training Coordinator for a direct-hire opportunity supporting facilities in Hempstead and Hockley, Texas. This role is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and documenting safety training for employees on all shifts. The ideal candidate is Spanish/English bilingual, brings strong manufacturing safety experience, deep knowledge of OSHA requirements, and the ability to connect with employees on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and deliver instructor‑led safety training for employees at both facilities and across day and night shifts
• Conduct equipment safety training, including forklift, crane, and other industrial equipment
• Deliver new‑hire safety orientations and ongoing refresher training
• Ensure training programs meet OSHA regulations and company safety requirements
• Maintain accurate training records and track employee certifications, renewals, and compliance
• Identify training needs and work with the Safety Manager to develop and improve training materials
• Partner with supervisors and department leaders to schedule training with minimal disruption to operations
• Support a strong safety culture through clear communication and visible presence on the floor
• Travel regularly between the Hempstead and Hockley facilities
