Job summary

ADP is seeking a Risk & Safety Consultant IV to provide loss control and OSHA guidance to clients across New York. You will evaluate worksites, develop hazard controls, deliver onsite and virtual safety training, and support the client acceptance process with risk data.

This role collaborates with Sales, HR and Risk Audit teams to ensure service excellence and accurate risk assessments, adapting safety programs to client needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of safety consulting or loss control experience.
• Willingness to travel within NY metro area 3–4 days/week.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and risk assessment.
• Bachelor degree; relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite risk and safety evaluations for prospective and current clients.
• Provide OSHA compliance guidance and risk reduction recommendations.
• Develop and deliver safety training, including live WebEx sessions.
• Prepare written risk assessment reports and safety manuals.
• Support client acceptance with risk data and project documenting.
