Job summary

ADP is hiring a Risk & Safety Consultant IV to deliver loss control and OSHA guidance to clients across Southern California. You will assess worksites, evaluate hazard controls, and provide on-site training in compliance with OSHA regulations.

This role partners with Sales, Client Acceptance and Risk Audit teams to support client onboarding and service delivery. Candidates need 5–7 years in loss control, industrial safety expertise, and travel 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of practical loss control experience in insurance or related services.
• Industrial safety expertise with OSHA familiarity.
• Willingness to travel within Southern California 2–3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite safety consultation to prospective and current clients.
• Evaluate hazard controls and advise on OSHA compliance.
• Develop and present safety training and documentation support.
