Job summary

Paychex is seeking a safety professional to guide clients on OSHA regulations, develop tailored safety programs, and deliver engaging training. This role blends consulting expertise with hands-on program management to help organizations build safer workplaces.

You will conduct client assessments, provide program overviews, respond to inquiries, and support sales efforts while serving as a subject-matter expert on Occupational Safety/Regulatory Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management - Preferred.
• 2 years of experience in Safety/OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client assessments to determine OSHA requirements and develops client Safety programs.
• Provides Safety program overview orientations to inform clients of their responsibilities as pertains to their program.
• Responds to client inquiries and provides consulting services as needed.
• Conducts safety training courses to support Occupational Safety and Regulatory Compliance.
• Acts as an expert resource regarding Occupational Safety/Regulatory Compliance issues to assist clients with managing their safety programs.
• May analyze client claim and loss reports to identify accident trending and implement corrective action.
• May assist and support Sales in prepping for client calls or participate in conference calls in support of new business and Sales objectives.
• Other duties as assigned to support the general purpose of the position’s function.
