Job summary
The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) in South Carolina is seeking a senior leader to plan and direct OSHA compliance officers who conduct inspections and investigations. - Bachelor's degree required with relevant program experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct OSHA compliance officers who conduct inspections and investigations.
- Review inspection and investigative reports, analyze evidence, and assist with recommendations.
- Supervise compliance officers and provide training and development opportunities.
- Conduct on-the-job evaluations of compliance officers and advise on handling problems.
- Provide advice on complex OSHA inspection issues at informal conferences and testify when needed.
- Perform other duties including interviews, evaluating equipment, and contributing to strategic goals.
