Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Good oral communication skills and able to conduct safety meetings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Audit the shop to ensure safe work performance and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain records as required by OSHA and company policy.
• Investigate job related injuries and accidents; assist with incident reports.
• Provide first aid to employees for work-related injuries.
• Conduct safety orientations and weekly safety meetings; provide safety training.
• Overtime and punctual attendance are required.
