Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to lead safety initiatives on construction sites in the Carolinas. Role focuses on enforcing safety standards, conducting training, and ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines across all project phases.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in construction safety, proficiency with standard tech, and the OSHA 30 credential. This on-site role emphasizes proactive safety leadership and incident documentation to protect workers and project

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• Proficient with desktop, laptop, tablet (iPad) and mobile devices.
• OSHA 30 certification required; trainer program available through branch safety team.

Responsibilities

• Support safety and Lean programs across all branch activities.
• Perform safety and Lean inspections and checklists.
• Conduct new hire orientations and safety training.
• Ensure OSHA-compliant safety documentation and incident handling.
• Assist with job start-up safety requirements and licensing.
• Support injured employees and document incidents.
