Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team in a dynamic construction environment.

The role focuses on enforcing safety standards, conducting inspections, and delivering training to field personnel to ensure a safe and compliant worksite. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in commercial construction safety, OSHA 30/510 certification, and proficiency with standard tech tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
• OSHA 30 or 510 with minimum 3 years’ experience.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer program described as part of safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety for all phases of branch operations, Lean support and enforcement.
• Conduct safety and lean inspections using checklists.
• Lead new hire orientations and skill assessments as required.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on equipment and safety tasks.
• Support creation of new job start up safety documentation (SSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP).
• Maintain site safety plans and document accidents or incidents.
