Job summary

Precision Walls is hiring a Safety Coordinator to oversee all phases of branch safety and Lean support, ensuring OSHA-compliant operations. The role involves leading trainings, conducting orientations, and coordinating licensing for field teams on tools like Hilti, MEWPs, forklifts, and scaffolds.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in commercial construction safety, OSHA 30, and a trainers certification, with a proactive approach to safety documentation and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• Proficient with desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer certification when provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch safety, Lean support and enforcement.
• Perform safety and Lean inspections using checklists.
• Conduct new hire orientations and skill assessments; provide documentation.
• Coordinate safety training and licensing for field personnel (tools/equipment).
• Support management with new job start-up safety documents and requirements.
• Maintain OSHA-compliant safe work environment; document incidents.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
