Job summary

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the 99th Oscars Season and the Academy Museum Gala. You will support the Awards Production and Events team with on-site logistics, credentialing, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 5 years in TV or event production, strong communication, and meticulous organizational skills. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is expected to accommodate event schedules.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in television, event production, or a similar environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organization, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute logistical requests and requirements as directed by the Awards Production and Events Department.
  • Manage special project logistics from start to finish.
  • Lead logistics and management of off-site production offices for marquee events.
  • Serve as the point person collecting credential forms and logistics requirements for various departments, working closely with production teams and vendors.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Awards Production and Special Events team.
  • Ability to work onsite and remotely depending on event schedules.
