Job summary

Prime Data Centers Corporation seeks an Operations Support Center Manager to own end-to-end OSC operations at the DFW hub. You will oversee ticket queues, incident response, and bridge leadership for critical events, while shaping the software stack and runbooks for a 24/7 operation.

The role combines building and running the OSC with recruiting, training, and leading a 24/7 rotating staff to improve incident response times and uptime for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data center, NOC/command center, or mission-critical ops.
• At least 3+ years of people management with 24/7 shift experience.
• Proven ownership of incident response processes and major-incident bridges.
• Experience selecting/configuring new operational tools and ITSM platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the OSC, including customer and internal IT ticket queues and security queues.
• Monitor BMS/EPMS alarms across critical infrastructure and triage/escalate per procedures.
• Lead incident bridges and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define SOPs, runbooks, and shift handoff protocols for 24/7 operations.
• Recruit, train, and lead a 24/7 OSC team and manage staffing, overtime, and shifts.
