You will fabricate and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices, using a range of hand tools and shop equipment, collaborating closely with clinicians and patients to ensure proper fit and function. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on fabrication experience preferred.
• Comfort with small hand tools and shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and repair orthotic and/or prosthetic devices using hand tools.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and inventory management of fabrication materials.
• May fit and deliver prefabricated orthoses such as cervical orthoses and other devices.
• Educate patients on application, use, care, and outcomes of DME products as instructed by physicians/manufacturers.
• Coordinate with vendors to order fabrication materials and maintain inventory.
