Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or two to three years related experience or training.
• CPR certification is required.
• Licensed to practice Orthotics and/or Prosthetics in Wisconsin or Illinois as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient data to determine appropriate orthotic management.
• Take history, observe posture, and palpate anatomical structures for evaluation.
• Plan and document treatment plans based on evaluation data.
• Take casts and measurements, modify layouts, and select materials for devices.
• Evaluate devices on patients and ensure fit, function, and comfort; instruct use.
• Maintain and repair orthotic devices and document outcomes in patient records.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff for integrated care.
• Supervise and train orthotic staff; contribute to training programs.
