Aufgaben

• Fabrication & Repair: Build, assemble, and repair orthotic and prosthetic devices according to specifications and clinical direction.
• Customization: Modify and adjust braces and orthotics for proper fit and function.
• Operate Production Equipment: Run and monitor saws, drills, heat guns, and sanders.
• Quality Inspection: Check devices to ensure workmanship and functionality.
• Material Handling: Work with plastics, foams, carbon fiber, and metals used in medical devices.
• Collaboration: Communicate with clinicians and team members to meet patient needs.
• Record Keeping: Complete production logs and quality forms accurately.
• Maintenance & Clean-Up: Maintain equipment and workspace and perform clean-up.
• Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to OSHA safety rules and wear PPE.
