Qualifications

  • Previous experience in orthotics, medical device, manufacturing, or laboratory environment.
  • Experience working with prescription-based products or custom manufacturing.
  • Previous experience with orthotic fabrication, modifications, accommodations, or finishing.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret prescription forms and order information accurately.
  • Produce custom orthotics according to prescription requirements and company quality standards.
  • Follow established lab procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity while managing multiple orders and priorities.
  • Communicate questions or concerns regarding prescriptions, products, or quality requirements to the appropriate team members.
