Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Clinical Aide to assist certified clinicians in providing patient care under direct supervision. You will prepare treatment rooms, help with molds, perform fabrication, and complete administrative tasks to support clinicians.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–1 year in a customer service or patient-facing role. A valid driver’s license is preferred. We offer competitive benefits and flexible work schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc).
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record within company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTS orthotics independently under supervision.
• Assist practitioners with patient care under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment room and patients for treatment; make and modify molds; perform technical fabrication; complete administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Execute modifications and repairs as directed by supervising clinician.
• Perform patient care procedures including fitting of soft goods; adjust fittings as needed.
• Provide patient follow-up under supervision.
• Handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement tasks.
