Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Aide to assist certified clinicians in patient care under direct supervision. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with mold making, and performing technical fabrication tasks as directed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong communication, and good hand skills. You will help with documentation, inventory, and clerical tasks to support safe, effective orthotic and prosthetic patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals.
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide orthotics independently under supervision.
• Assist practitioners with patient care.
• Prepare a room and patient for treatment, make molds, perform fabrication, and complete administrative tasks.
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Contact vendors to order prosthetic and orthotic materials.
• Ensure all patient procedures align with certifying clinician.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and Medicare/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain inventory and perform shipping/receiving tasks.
