Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in patient care and orthotic services. Under direct supervision, you will assist with room setup, mold fabrication, and documentation, while performing administrative tasks and inventory duties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer-facing roles, and a willingness to work under supervision with strong attention to safety and accuracy. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of experience in a customer service or patient-facing role preferred.
• Preference for allied health professionals.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTS orthotics independently under supervision.
• Assist practitioners with patient care under the clinician’s direction.
• Prepare a room and patient for treatment; assist in mold fabrication and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care provided.
• Perform shipping, receiving, inventory monitoring, and vendor communications.
