Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Aide to support certified clinicians in orthotic and prosthetic patient care. You’ll prepare rooms, assist with devices, and perform fabrication tasks under supervision, ensuring accurate documentation and patient safety.

This role requires interaction with patients and adherence to safety standards. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year of customer-facing experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service or patient facing role.
• Preference for allied health professionals (PTA, OTA, Athletic trainer, etc).
• Must have, or be eligible to obtain, a valid driver’s license and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist certified clinicians in delivering patient care services under direct supervision.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for clinical procedures.
• Perform technical fabrication tasks, including making and modifying molds.
• Execute treatment modifications, adjustments, and repairs as directed by the supervising clinician.
• Fit and provide soft goods items to patients and handle alterations as needed.
• Provide orthotics fitting services independently and document care provided.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
