One of the top Health Systems in Illinois is seeking a Trauma/Orthopedic Surgeon to join a team of 10 Orthopedic Surgeons and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. The group includes Neurosurgeons specializing in spine care.

Opportunity Details

1. 330-bed regional facility with all specialties represented.
2. Offering a base salary of $850,000-$900,000, $150,000 in student loan repayment, and a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
3. Work schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, with shared call responsibilities.
4. Minimal after-hours call requirements.
5. Fully ER residency-trained emergency team.
6. Average of 2 cases per weekday and approximately 1.5 cases per day on weekends, totaling about 3 cases per weekend.
