Job description

Position Details:
• This multi-specialty clinic affiliated with an award-winning health system consists of orthopedic surgery, general surgery, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, family medicine, and podiatry
• Incredible autonomy and flexibility to template out your workweek schedule; choose dedicated OR vs clinic days
• Extremely low call burden with only 7 call days per month; no trauma
• Excellent support staff, Mako Robot in OR, EPIC EMR with Dragon dictation and AI scribe
• New graduates welcome to apply; Candidates must be able to do shoulders/upper extremities

Compensation and Benefits:
• $750K base salary guarantee, plus quarterly wRVU bonuses, annual metric bonuses, and annual APP collaboration bonuses
• $215K+ provider incentive package to include commencement bonus, relocation bonus, housing bonus, and student loan repayment paid directly to provider
• Residency Stipend = $2000/month; Fellowship Stipend = $2500/month
