Job description

Health Center is seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine to join its team. The Health Center boasts a talented and dedicated staff of 2,577 employees and an active medical staff of more than 200 members across 28 specialties. We have extended campus locations in 10 communities and a homecare agency serving community members in 15 counties. Additionally, we have developed a hospitalist program to ensure high standards of care throughout the hospital.

1. $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
2. $75,000 sign-on bonus
3. $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
4. Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
5. 33 days of paid time off
6. 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
7. 1:6 call schedule
