Job description

A forward-thinking and financially healthy healthcare system offers an excellent orthopedic spine surgery opportunity in Central Illinois.

Opportunity

• Currently, two Orthopedic groups, each with 4 general orthopedic surgeons.
• One practicing spine surgeon (also have a contracted neurosurgeon who performs spine surgery one day a week).
• Participation in general orthopedic call is required for this position.
• Medical Center invests in the latest equipment, including Rosa and Mako robotics, spine navigation, O-arm, and AIRO CT.

Compensation/Benefits

• $875,000 plus bonus based on RVU production.
• $75,000 sign-on bonus.
• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2, and 3).
• Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning a base salary).
• 33 days of time off.
• 5 days plus $6,000 CME annually.
• 1:6 call schedule.
