Job description

- $875,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- 1:6 call
- Equipment includes Rosa and Mako robotics, spine navigation, O-arm, and AIRO CT
- Three retirement plans, including a unique supplemental plan
