Qualifications

• 2 years OR RN Experience Preferred.
• 1+ year of Service Leader Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process delivering relationship-based care.
• Demonstrates technical skills in safe care delivery and positive outcomes.
• Leads and collaborates to optimize patient care and clinical operations.
• Develops self and contributes to nursing practice and professional standards.
• Displays leadership impacting clinical and operational outcomes.
• Acts as a knowledge resource for the service line.
• Ensures adherence to procedures, standards, and policies.
• Maintains equipment knowledge and supports service line protocols.
• Participates in governance, quality initiative tracking, and supplier changes.
• Assists with staffing coverage and off-duty delegation.
