Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead MAKE and supply chain flow across two shifts in Bridgewater, MA. This role supports a 24/5 manufacturing operation and, post-separation, would be part of DePuy Synthes with policies and benefits aligned to that entity.

You will own end-to-end material flow, collaborate across Receiving, Manufacturing, Quality and Distribution, and develop frontline teams while delivering safety, quality, and cost improvements in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven track record in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Experience leading teams in a multi-shift, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead two-shift operations across inbound receiving, warehousing, non-sterile packaging, post-sterile release, and outbound flow in a complex, multi-platform environment
• Own end-to-end product flow ensuring on-time delivery to U.S. and OUS distribution centers and international sites
• Serve as a critical supplier to Raynham Manufacturing, ensuring on time delivery of materials to support a 24/5 production operation
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Receiving Inspection, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams, building a culture of accountability, and ownership
• Deliver results across safety, service, quality, cost, and people metrics in a fast-paced, constraint-driven environment
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities aligned with JJPS and 6S to improve flow, reduce lead time, and increase efficiency
