Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead MAKE and supply chain flow across two shifts in Bridgewater, MA.

You will own end-to-end product flow and ensure on-time delivery to U.S. and international sites, supporting a 24/5 manufacturing operation.

The role requires strong leadership, ownership, and ability to remove bottlenecks, with exposure to JJPS and 6S; thrive in fast-paced environments with impact on continuity and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven track record in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
• Experience leading teams in a multi-shift, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead two-shift operations across inbound receiving, warehousing, non-sterile packaging, post-sterile release, and outbound flow in a complex, multi-platform environment
• Own end-to-end product flow ensuring on-time delivery to U.S. and OUS distribution centers and international sites
• Serve as a critical supplier to Raynham Manufacturing, ensuring on time delivery of materials to support a 24/5 production operation
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Receiving Inspection, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput
• Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams, building a culture of accountability, and ownership
• Deliver results across safety, service, quality, cost, and people metrics in a fast-paced, constraint-driven environment
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities aligned with JJPS and 6S to improve flow, reduce lead time, and increase efficiency
