Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Manufacturing Systems BAO to provide day-to-day support for MES and ERP systems across Raynham, MA, and other sites. The role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, and maintaining system functionality to enable efficient manufacturing operations.

You will work with global teams to implement improvements, monitor performance, and train end-users on BTB functionalities, contributing to the reliability of manufacturing data and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a support role related to MES and ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of MedTech manufacturing processes and ERP operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for MES and BTB manufacturing systems.
• Investigate and resolve system-related issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor system performance and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate training for end-users on MES and BTB functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Assist in generating routine reports and dashboards to track system usage and engagement.
