Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a support role related to business analysis, specifically in MES and ERP environments.
Strong understanding of MedTech manufacturing processes and ERP operations.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and reporting software.

Responsibilities

User Support: Act as the first point of contact for end-users with MES and BTB issues, providing assistance.
Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system-related problems, escalating as needed.
System Monitoring: Monitor performance and reliability of manufacturing systems.
Documentation: Maintain up-to-date process docs, guides, and FAQs.
Training Coordination: Lead training sessions for end-users on MES and BTB functionality.
Process Improvement: Work with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback to drive enhancements with IT teams.
Reporting: Help generate routine reports and dashboards on system performance.
