Ideal candidates have a 2+ year background in MES/ERP support, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate training and documentation for global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in MES/ERP support roles.
• Strong understanding of MedTech manufacturing processes and ERP operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for end-users on MES/BTB systems with timely assistance.
• Investigate and resolve system-related problems and escalate when needed.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying urgent improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, guides, and FAQs.
• Coordinate and conduct training for end-users on MES/BTB functionalities.
• Assist in generating routine reports and dashboards to track system performance.
