Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.
• MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant business experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare/medical device marketing or other commercial roles.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Strong leadership capability through influencing and change management.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
• Willingness to travel ~5–20%.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and provide on-site support.
• Achieve worldwide business plan objectives for sales, net income, gross profit, and budgets.
• Support worldwide product launches and coordinate with regional marketing teams and key countries.
• Contribute to multigenerational portfolio planning and product development with marketing.
• Provide direction and mentorship to junior team members and manage external partner resources.
