Job summary

Smith+Naphew's Orthopaedics sales team in Macon, GA seeks an Associate Sales Representative to support surgical cases, coordinate inventory, and advise the team on instrumentation and implants.

You will build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and KOLs, develop a territory plan, and strive to meet or exceed quotas while traveling within the designated territory (2–4 overnights per month).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent requirement.
• Prefers a minimum of two years of professional sales experience.
• Valid driver's license required to facilitate travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling operative cases and securing inventory for those cases.
• Observe and consult the surgical team on Smith+Naphew instrumentation and implants.
• Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quotas.
