Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to oversee coordination and daily operations of a specified program. The role serves as an educational resource to patients, compiles program statistics, and maintains membership in corporate-wide committees.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, has 7+ years of clinical experience with 5+ years in ambulatory clinical management, and is proficient with electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive clinical job related experience.
• 5+ years of clinical management in an ambulatory setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Participates, develops, implements, and evaluates accreditation audit process as designated by ICAVL.
• Assists physician with coordinating patient care in office and hospital settings; communicates with referring physicians and outside sources.
• Ensures timely communication among physician, patient, and outside referrals; orders proper tests and labs; informs patients of results and follow-up instructions.
• Promotes patient satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing patient concerns.
• Adapts to new technology; attends vascular and nursing conferences to promote self-education.
• Manages budget and monitors financial indicators; contributes to department goals and performance metrics.
• Recruits, develops, and supervises team members; coaches and evaluates performance of direct reports.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
