• Reports staffing needs to the Director of Clinic Integration.
• Assists with resolving patient complaints or problems.
• Acts as liaison between purchasing and the clinic.
• Collaborates with the Director of Clinic Integration and COO on clinic improvements.
• Assists with performance evaluations for clinic employees.
• Communicates information to clinic staff from leadership.
• Responsible for hiring and training of new employees.
• Uses the AIDET principles with each patient encounter.
• Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.
