Job summary

Orthopedic Physicians Alaska is seeking a Clinic Manager to direct clinical operations at an outpatient therapy clinic, guiding PTs, OTs, PTAs, and other staff toward high-quality patient care and strong team performance.

The role blends clinical leadership with up to 30% administrative duties, shaping scheduling, compliance, documentation, and service delivery in line with PT/OT standards and OPA policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a PT/PTA or OT/OTA program accredited by CAPTE/ACOTE.
• Current Alaska license in good standing as PT, PTA, OT, or COTA.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and be the primary contact for staff concerns.
• Ensure clinic safety, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and supply inventory.
• Coordinate scheduling, patient flow, and front-desk communication.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, coaching, and productivity reviews.
• Monitor clinical quality, documentation timeliness, and compliance.
• Provide administrative leadership to assigned clinic personnel.
