Job summary

MSH is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Manager to lead a busy outpatient clinic. You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinicians, and shape clinic processes to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will manage staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics while participating in patient assessment and treatment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT).
• Active state Physical Therapist license and current CPR certification.
• At least 2 years of hands-on physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience of 2+ years is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and lead a team of rehabilitation professionals.
• Participate in patient assessment and treatment while setting direction for the department.
• Build rehab programs, mentor clinicians, and ensure high standard of care.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource planning for smooth clinic operation.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing supervision of clinical staff.
• Review monthly performance metrics and complete evaluations on time.
• Lead team and clinic meetings to align goals and inform stakeholders.
• Oversee purchasing of clinic supplies and department budget.
• Foster rights and dignity of patients and employees.
• Become proficient in clinic software systems and optimize their use.
