GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the physician, applies, repairs, and removes casts. Assume responsibilities of the orthopedic cast room which includes assisting physicians and staff with application and removal of casts. Traction device set up and adjustment performed per instructions of orthopedic physician.

LOCATION: 1201 E Michigan Ave Ste 300 Jackson, MI 49201
STATUS: Full Time, 40 hours per week

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. At least six months previous clinical experience as a Medical Assistant, Orthopedic Technician. Casting and splinting experience preferred. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: Current Heart Saver Certification
