Qualifications

• Education as specified: Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field OR equivalent Orthopedic Technology pathway.
• Experience supervising clinical staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Orthopedic Technician and Medical Assistant staff.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supply purchasing.
• Monitor productivity and report monthly to supervisor.
• Coordinate training and performance reviews.
• Ensure patient flow and service quality.
