Job summary

Ortho Sport & Spine Physicians seeks a Clinic Team Lead to supervise daily clinical operations while continuing hands-on patient care. This working lead will mentor staff, manage workflows, and ensure EMR accuracy in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic.

The role requires a high school diploma, completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program, CMA/RMA preferred, and a minimum of 5 years MA experience with at least 2 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Serve as the go-to resource for clinical procedures and workflow.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Assist with direct patient care, including rooming and vitals.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit care.
• Maintain exam rooms and inventory, including supplies.
• Ensure proper disposal of biohazard materials.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
