Job summary

Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists is seeking a Surgical Technologist Supervisor to lead the Surgical Tech staff in our ASC in Spokane, WA. The role supports instrument and equipment readiness, coordination with physicians, and drives efficiency while meeting financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have accredited Surgical Technology education, WA registration, BLS, and preferably CST and orthopedics supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Surgical Technology Program.
• Must hold a current Surgical Technologist registration in the State of WA.
• BLS Certification (within 30 days of hire).
• Certified Surgical Technologist (preferred).
• Ortho & supervisor experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise Surgical Technologist staff, including hiring, training, and competencies.
• Maintain instruments, implants, supplies, and equipment with proper sterile processing standards.
• Coordinate with physicians to ensure instruments and implants are ready for each case.
• Ensure OR Department workflow is productive and meets financial and operational goals.
• Coordinate with vendors for instrument processing, training, and equipment updates.
• Assist ASC Director with administrative duties and capital budgeting.
